Lonesome Saturday Nights..

After discovering my bottle of Bacardi, and remainder of Midori had been hi-jacked from the liquor cupboard earlier this evening..
by my younger, yet to be legal, daft sibling, I find myself with nothing alcoholic to add to my cocktail.
Broke until midweek, I cannot afford to go out, or replace the $35 bottle of liquor.
Which I had been planning on using to numb the onset of severe boredom for this evening.
(Obviously not all of it, I want to wake up in the morning.)
No use wasting my energy feeling rage over this. It's all very well saying that, however I am still fuming when I let my thoughts linger on it.

In other news, being home on a saturday night has led to me doing nothing productive.
With a grim selection of Saturday Night movies on telly to further propel my boredom (thank you Evan Almighty), i've resorted to writing a list.
A list of bars/cafes etc I hope to suss out at some stage this year. Even though the numbers of readers of this blog are probably single digits, I don't know, I don't really care.
I'm posting my list here. Tomorrow.. my wish list.

In no particular order:

-Bar Fred, 797 Nicholson Street, Carlton North

-Emerald Peacock, 233 Lonsdale st

-The Long Room, Collins Street

-Transit Lounge, Federation Square

-Cookie, 252 Swanston Street

-The Red Hummingbird, 246 Russell St (For the rooftop)

-Madam Brussels, Level 3/ 59 Bourke St

-Campari House on Hardware Lane. (especially, rooftop, yes please!) http://www.camparihouse.com.au/

-Tony Starrs Kitten Club, 267 Little Collins Street (Their cocktails are expensive, but the menu not too bad.)

-The Paris Cat, 6 Goldie Place (For some chilled jazz live)

-The Horn, 20 Johnston St Collingwood (Apparently thursday nights for Jazz)

-Der Raum, 438 Church Street Richmond (All about the cocktail. Expensive cocktail.)

-Rusty Rocket Cafe, Scoresby

-La Chien (Cafe), Seddon

-Thai La thai, Lygon Street Brunswick

-Liar Liar Café, 90 Kinkora Rd Hawthorn

And I'd like to go back to Bimbos for their ridiculously cheap pizzas.
And I would like someone take me to the rooftop cinema on Swanston Street,
on March 14th to see The Devil Wears Prada,
as I've seen that movie 2340980 times, and would like to see it again.
